goal of the Explosive Power Performance Training staff to
develop the athlete’s potential by increasing strength and
power and to reduce the frequency and severity of injuries. At
Explosive Power we implement age specific scientifically based
training programs that are innovative, structured, and safe.
Explosive
Power incorporates the principle of specificity in all
training programs. The Explosive Power staff understands the
demand that today's competitive sports places on the athlete.
We have a professional staff that has the required education,
experience, and tools to analyze the biomechanical principles
of the athletes sport. Based on this analysis all Explosive
Power training programs effectively address the needs and
goals of the athlete. |
